According to Knowatt CEO Ron Morales, "this funding will accelerate our position of market leadership in the important field of energy information services and allow us to execute on the large multi-site customers who want to deploy our solution."Knowatt takes energy information and monitoring to the next level with "virtual sub-metering" technology. This proprietary technology allows energy consumers, particularly national multi-store retailers, schools, and small businesses, to understand how each component of their energy use (lights, heat, cooling, signs, and equipment) contributes to their overall consumption.
Energy savings can then be identified immediately by the client and changes made on the spot to reduce energy consumption.
Further, the system provides a "what if" simulation that allows the consumer to predict what impact a change in operations will have on energy consumption before it is made.

IF you want to get your hair cut in Villefranche du Perigord, a village in the heart of France, you have two choices.
